Warranty Information

We, Timna Telecoms believes that customer satisfaction depends not only on how the product works out of the box, but how well it performs over time. We are so confident in the quality, reliability and dependability of our products. We offer 2 year warranty for all plantronics product , 1 Year warranty on all Voxspectrum, ClearOne and Clarity products.

Scope

During the designated warranty period, Timna will offer the warranty as follows:

Plantronics/Clearone/ Clarity products : Replace products returned due to defects in material / Manufacturing defects. Voxspectrum : Reparing / troubleshooting of voxspectrum manufactured products.

Term

The warranty period lasts for 24 months on commercial products and 12 months for non-commercial products from the date of purchase.

Continuing Coverage

All replacement products will continue the balance of the original two year warranty period when applicable.
