People

Timna prides itself on its talent. Timna has a dedicated and qualified team of Project Managers, Engineers and Designers. They absorb and ingrain Timna’s quality processes and procedures which help them in timely and efficient delivery of the projects. Timna continually trains its staff and has both in-house and external training programs. Many of Timna’s managers and engineers have been trained overseas in advanced products and processes.

Recently Timna’s parent company Vox Spectrum acquired Mack Telecom in India. Mack Telecom is a leading player in India in the field of Mobile Telecom Network engineering and has a large pool of engineers and technicians. This talent pool is now available for Timna for the design and execution of telecommunication projects in the Middle East. The readily available manpower an the wages arbitrage has provided a unique opportunity for Timna to significantly reduce the labor element of the project cost and pass on the benefit to the customer who these days is especially cost conscious in the current inflationary environment.
